Tianna's Grammy recognized fourth release, revisits the musical kinship she shared in her debut recording with The Mexico City Jazz Trio. They were flown to Houston this time and spent a week performing and recording this album. With nods to jazz greats by instrumental quotations, this collaboration also revisits many popular songs from both Tianna & drummer Gabriel's youth including Radiohead, Stone Temple Pilots and 80's band 10cc. The musical growth of all of these stellar musicians is evident when compared to their debut collection of recordings within this ensemble. Miguel Villicaña's exceptionally sophisticated arrangements along with Agustin Bernal's expert leadership make this a timeless and world class recording a tremendous representation of Tianna Hall's abilities as a vocalist and collaborator.
